Deanna McMahan has over five (5)-plus years of emergency management exercises and policy experience with the water utility sector. Ms. McMahan has supported both public and private sector clients to meet and comply with new and existing state and federal regulations. She has led and supported the development of Risk and Resilience Assessments, Emergency Response plans, Local Hazard Mitigation Plans, and Dam Emergency Action Plans for water utilities throughout the western region of the United States.
