San Francisco Bay Area UASI C-Pod Planning Project

Prestige Analytics provided subject matter expertise, guidance, planning, and workshop support to the Bay Area Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI) region, to build upon prior logistics planning efforts and to improve the Bay Area region’s capabilities for logistical operations in the aftermath of a large- scale or catastrophic disaster. The Prestige team is tasked with developing the C-POD Toolkit, as well as seventy (70) Site Plans and Pre-scripted Resource Requests for identified UASI cities and counties.
