Southern California Gas Emergency Management Training & Exercise Program

Since 2017, Prestige Analytics has Southern California Gas’ Emergency Management Organizational Unit’s entire corporate-wide training and exercise program. Prestige Analytics staff were tasked with the program management, planning, development, conduct, and evaluation of four (4) compliance drills, and one (1) functional exercise annually to satisfy State and Federal regulatory requirements. The exercises utilize both natural and human-caused incidents to simulate a corporate emergency response and engage state, local, and Federal partners to establish and maintain strong public-private partnerships and engage executive leadership.

During the pandemic, the Prestige Team was also tasked with providing subject matter expertise, exercise design, development, conduct, facilitation, and evaluation for the Southern California Gas Pandemic Virtual Tabletop Exercise (VTTX), involving key stakeholders from each major operational area and support departments. The exercise provided the opportunity to review and assess the entire company’s ability to operate during an extended pandemic environment.
