Mr. Justin Cox has over 15 years of experience in emergency management, particularly as it relates to the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) format, training and exercise planning, design, conduct and evaluation methodology. Mr. Cox has supported a significant number of training and exercise programs for the United States military, Federal, State, and local governments, non-profits, tribal organizations, and private entities. Mr. Cox has been a key lead planner of more than 400 complex exercises of every scope and scale.  

Mr. Cox has provided project management services, analytical support, and subject matter expertise for numerous clients/projects/programs at the local, state, Federal, and international levels. He currently leads regulatory compliance exercise programs for Dam Safety for Southern California Edison and manages various virtually based Emergency Operations Center exercise programs worldwide. 

Prior to starting Prestige Analytics, Inc., Mr. Cox served as a homeland security analyst for SRA International, Inc. assisting in the implementation of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Exercise Program for the states of Hawaii, California, Utah and Wyoming. He also provided support to public health emergency management projects throughout the Southern California Region. Mr. Cox was also deployed to support FEMA providing reports/project specialist services during public assistance recovery efforts at the Area Field Office located in Galveston, TX following Hurricane Ike.
