Mr. Kim Nguyen has extensive experience with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) format, training methodology, exercise planning, design, conduct and evaluation.  He has worked on a significant number of planning, training and exercise programs that directly impact multiple jurisdictions and agencies throughout the United States.  Since starting Prestige Analytics in 2010, he has been involved in various training and exercise planning efforts for the United States military, Federal, State, and local governments, non-profits, tribal organizations, and private entities. 

Mr. Nguyen is currently supporting in the development, conduct, and evaluation for Southern California Edison’s and Southern California Gas’ Emergency Management Department’s plans, training and exercise programs. He has also supported training and exercise conduct and evaluation for the City of San Diego Public Utilities Department’s Water and Wastewater Divisions and has been on the exercise planning team NERC’s GRIDEX national exercise since 2017. Mr. Nguyen is ALSO supporting the United States Forest Service/USAID International ICS Curriculum Development program and has served as a subject matter expert/advisor for national level exercises in Mongolia, the Philippines, and Haiti, and is currently leading planning and exercise development and implementation efforts for Fiji and several Island nations in the South Pacific.
