Staphany Lu brings a wide variety of public sector work, having worked in various New York City agencies over seven (7) years, most recently at NYC Emergency Management (NYCEM) for the Transportation & Infrastructure Unit for almost four (4) years. She has helped create, update, and execute a multitude of emergency response plans related to the transportation, utilities, and infrastructure networks throughout the five boroughs. Additionally, she has served as an EOC ESF Coordinator, and operational and task force lead in various emergencies, ranging from sewage pipe failures, service centers, coastal storms, winter weather, and COVID-19, to name a few.
