Vincent Ng

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Vincent Ng is focused and task-oriented emergency management professional with a strong background in training and exercise design, planning, conduct, and evaluation. He has been influential in the development of utility emergency management programs in Southern California and worked on a significant number of planning, training, and exercise programs. 

 

Mr. Ng has provided analytic support and subject matter expertise to the City of San Diego Public Utilities Department, Pacific Gas and Electric, and has been on the exercise planning team NERC’s GRIDEX national exercise since 2017. He provided program management for Resiliency Planning, Business Resumption as well as Trainings and Exercises. Mr. Ng also served as On-duty Emergency Services personnel, emergency operations subject matter expert during incident response activations, and as a Liaison with Local, State and Federal response agencies during incidents and pre-incident resiliency planning. Mr. Ng also served on the State commission for standardization of incident response for public and privately-owned electric, gas and water utilities. 


Prior to joining Prestige, Mr. Ng was an Exercise Program Manager for Southern California Edison tasked with building out the companies training and exercise program. Mr. Ng provided program management for design, development and delivery of emergency response and business continuity exercises as well as several exercise series involving the coordination of SCE executives with County Officials, State and Federal Agencies. He was responsible for integrating tools and technology, risk assessments, business impact analysis findings into the corporate exercise program.
